Midwest Contracting and Development was envisioned by Lance Windham and Matthew Mazurkiewicz to actively build
a successful honest company as well as provide job positions for qualified individuals.
History:
Rivertown Contractors, Inc. is owned by Lance Windham. Rivertown is an affidated company and maintains offices with Cycon Enterprises, Inc. Both firms are engaged in general construction acting as both general contractors and construction managers. Our projects are in the private sector, providing construction services to the public sectors. (i.e. municipalities, townships, The State of Michigan etc.)
Rivertown Contractors, Inc. was created in early 2005 while Cycon Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1988. Both firms share administrative staff in the offices of Cycon, located at 0-608 Quincy St. S.W. in Grandville, Michigan.
Project Types
Both firms specialize in the construction of recreation facilities, streetscape projects, commercial remodels, and new commercial construction. Prior projects have included complete apartment remodeling along with experience in multi-family construction. Furthermore, we have built over 60 residential homes in Western Michigan.
